• An online website for Cottage Owners to upload and list your cottage properties for rent in Ontario. Our website offers easy to use functionality to “add” your cottage property listing including details, pictures and pricing to fully describe your cottage short-term rental offering. Our cottage rental listing service is offered as an annual subscription which distinguishes us from other popular short-term rental platforms that charge up to 20% of each booking, cutting into your bottom-line revenues.

• An online website for prospective Cottage Renters to search, browse and connect directly with Cottage Owners for more listing details and to potentially book a cottage short-term rental for your cottage vacation. Because your booking relationship is directly with the Cottage Owner, there are no percentage booking fees charged by Waterfront Cottages Ontario which can result in a lower overall cost for your cottage vacation rental.

History

Waterfront Cottages Ontario was conceived by a Cottage Owner that has been renting cottages since 2005 using similar online annual subscription based short-term rental listing websites in Canada that do not charge a percentage of each cottage rental booking. This business model inevitably results in lower cost cottage rentals for prospective Cottage Renters and higher profit margins for Cottage Owners renting their property.
